Thread lift / Nonsurgical lift

What does the thread lift technique include?

This new facial rejuvenating technique prevents and treats flaccid skin simply and safely. It is not an aggressive procedure as it uses the skin’s own resources to generate collagen threads through fibroblast activity.

It consists in threads being inserted into the face and neck made of an absorbent material, Polydioxanone-PDO, without any cuts, stitches, incisions, or clips required.

This is an outpatient procedure and uses anaesthetic cream. The absorbent threads are a real alternative to surgical lifting as the result is a light, nontraumatic, and quick lift.

The patient can get back to their daily life straight away.

Results of the thread lift technique

The results can be seen as of the first month, improving weekly with the best results seen as of three months. These optimum results will remain for between 12 to 18 months, depending on age, skin type, the amount of collagenase, and the specific characteristics of each person. The results offered are natural, with no artificial changes apparent on the face, and in keeping with the appearance of the patient’s face.

It is recommended for those over the age of 35, when the first signs of facial flaccidity start to appear, or as a preventative treatment.
