Thigh lift

A thigh lift includes both an inner thigh lift and an outer thigh lift.

The inner thigh lift consists of removing excess skin and fat from the inner thighs. It is often associated with liposculpture of the aforementioned region and can, depending on its magnitude, be performed under local or epidural anaesthesia. It requires 24 hours in the clinic and the use of a compressive but soft elastic garment for 15 days. It also benefits from massages and pressotherapy.

Purpose of thigh lift

The purpose of thigh lift is to reduce excess skin and fat in the large deformities of the thighs and buttocks, or to tighten the thighs on the outer and inner thighs. Currently, after liposculpture, its indication has decreased, however, it provides excellent results in very specific cases.
The patient must wear a custom-made elastic garment during the postoperative period and avoid sitting for 8 to 10 days. The patient also benefits from pressotherapy, massages, etc.

Statistically the thigh lift takes the following timings:

Surgery Time: 2- 3 hours
Anaesthesia: Tailored to the needs of each patient.
Hospitalisation: 2 – 3 days
Recovery: 2 weeks
Final Result: 2 months
